Plantar fascia issue: Might be a problem with the plantar fascia: either strain (fasciitis) or partial tear. Try ice rest and support. If problem persists see a podiatrist.

Foot pain: Could be many reasons, most commonly plantar fasciitis, but could also be posterior tibial tendinitis, abductor hallucis muscle swelling, stress fracture, etc. Hope this helps.
