Hydrate: You should have received instructions prior to discharge from the er, but you need to increase quantity and frequency of your clear liquids for the next several days, following urine color to be sure it is light yellow or colorless as indicator of adequate hydration and clearing of the ck/cpk. Should also likely get recheck by your primary dr in 5-10 days.

Fluids and rest: Make sure you follow any medical recommendations provided at the er first and foremost. The best ways to get CPK levels back down is to hydrate yourself thoroughly and then to rest so that you will not cause any more trauma to your muscles. I would follow up with your primary care provider. Stay safe!
