Above average: It appears that the values were above average and that is a good thing. However one needs to see the fev-1/fvc ratio to be sure.

No worries: Fev1 of 128% predicted (assuming the other numbers on your pft were also normal) would suggest normal lung function. The normal range for fev1 is 80-120% predicted, and normal values are based on your age, height and ethnicity. Depending on the set of predicted values that were used and the way spirometry was performed, this fev1 should not be a cause for concern. Talk to your lung doctor.
