Yes: If it just red and not whitish with puss you can use warm compresses for 10 minutes daily followed by scrubbing your eyelashes with eyes closed for 30 seconds with shampoo and then rinsing it off. Since stys have an underlying blepharitis you should do this on both eyes. If it doesn't go away in 4 weeks you should see an eye md. And don't forget at your age you should see an eye md every 3 years.

Warm moist compresse: You could try warm moist compresses directly to the outer eyelid where the stye is four times a day for 3-5 minutes each time. Do it standing at the sink so you can reheat the compress as it cools. Hopefully that will work. If not, you will have to see an ophthalmologist.
