Yup - animal protein: Diets that are high in meat, liver, poultry, fish (salmon, rockfish, trout, haddock and herring) & dairy are great for providing bodies with b12. With the injections, this should do it. If you are a vegetarian, eggs & dairy. Probably + omega-3 & supplements - especially for vegans!
