a lot of sharp stabbing chest pain for 2 days. is this caused by one of my other conditions or do i need to worry about it being something else?

Panic Disorder: In an nineteen year old female this is almost always likely to be stress and fatigue or anxiety. But, if you really do have gerd (not usual in young females) then that can also be part of the problem as well.
