Yes: Reactivation of the prior infection or traction from scarring may cause irritation of the lining of the lung called the pleura. Monitor your temperature, weight and please follow up with your TB specialist. A chest image and cultures for TB be obtained. Chest wall pain may be relieved by Motrin and localized heat.
