Kidney Failure: Kidney failure with uremia (build up of urine toxins) can result in vomiting, but mild or moderate kidney failure usually does not have any vomiting. When someone is close to end stage renal disease, that is when we expect to see nausea and vomiting. However, acute renal failure can also result in these symptoms.
