Subconjunctival heme: This sounds like a sub-conjunctival hemorrhage, but i'd recommend an eye exam by your eye doctor tell for sure. Most of the time these hemorrhages happen spontaneously, but they can occur from valsalva maneuvers (coughing, sneezing, vomiting, lifting a heavy weight, straining in the bathroom, etc), high blood pressure, bleeding disorders or blood thinners. They will resolve on their own.
