MGUS or: Monoclonal gammopathy of unkown significance can be classified by the name of the monoclonal protein, but this is not of much significance. Assuming you are asking about yourself, i would call in to question the diagnosis. This would be exceedingly rare in a 28 yo. Is it definitively known that the protein is monoclonal?
