No: Monoclonal gammopathy of uncertain significance won't make you feel any different. Look for some other cause of widespread pain. One that a pathologist might think of before a clinician is arsenic -- is there anyone who might wish you harm? You B12 deficiency needs a proper workup and itself may be the cause -- you may not be able to absorb it.
