Messy: See the allergist and go with the least amount of medication possible. Check your thyroid status too. Don't want you to be stumbling about in a fog.

Caution with meds: This is not a good idea. Using promethazine together with meclizine may increase side effects such as drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramping, constipation, rapid heart beat, confusion, etc. All three of those drugs work for nausea -so you must be quite miserable. Would check back with your Primary for an optimal schedule. Maybe Zofran (ondansetron) works the best for u?
