CT lung: It means congestion changes , not a routinely used terminology. It could be secondary to underlying effusion.

When lungs are hyperinflated, how do they change? I had a thoracic CT and X-ray and the X-ray tech said my lungs were long, but the CT didnt show anything, to my knowledge. Could my lungs being longer have made my PFT lung volume and RV wrong?
