Check with doctor .: Ct chest is so sensitive that it often picks up small masses a chest x-ray would not detect. How soon will you need a repeat one depends on many factors including whether you had smoked in the past. You need to talk to the radiologist or your doctor to find out when and if the ct needs be repeated.
