Maybe: Your bleeding is excessive and there are treatments for that. I would seek a second opinion if only so you know what your options are. Depending on whether you're done childbearing or not, there are a lot of choices for control of heavy bleeding. Doctor may also want to run some tests to determine why you're having this bleeding. Good luck!
