I want to ask why im always having a headache? and why i felt head cramps everytime i get shock, panic, nervous and also when im laughing sometimes? and there's also some white particles coming out from my scalp but it look like a white heads.

Headache: You may be having a vascular type of headache, white particles? is it flakes? you might be having dandruff. may not be related to each other. You need and complete and physical to get help
