Birth control: We can divide contraception (birth control) into permanent vs reversible. If you're absolutely positively sure you don't want any more children, consider tubal ligation (surgical procedure), essure (www.essure.com blocks fallopian tube), and intrauterine device (iud, either copper or progesterone).
