Depression: Many of the anti depression drugs can cause weight gain. Speak to your doctor in regard to changing your medication.

Depression: Some medications can lower your appetite. Adjusting the dose or dividing into lower doses more often throughout the day while maintaining same total daily dose, might be options to review with your doctor. If psrtial response to depression, migh review alternative ones that have appetite stimulating effect, either to supplement or replace.
