Not likely prostate: At your age the risk of prostate cancer, or of an enlarged benign prostate, is very small, so i don't think this can anything to do with your prostate and so it is not relevant to your psa. I'm not sure how you can produce this pain, but if you see your internist or family doctor he/she should be able to refer you to a urologist or GI doctor, depending on which seems more sensible, or for ct etc.
