Everyone different: The drug seretide is called advair in the us. Some people responds better to one drug than the other -my personal experience favors the aerosol form over the powder . The major difference between symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) and seretide is in the bronchodilator which starts working in 15 mins on symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) and 45 mins in seretide. If symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) works well for you, that's your drug.
