Men and Walls: One of the most common reasons younger men see the doctor is for this very reason. There is a common fracture, a 'boxers' fracture that men get when they hit a wall. Please get to your doctor. You may have a significant fracture. I would hope this will help you realize that losing control of your anger can harm you more than it harms the wall the next time you feel this bad.
