CONSIDERATIONS: Migraine headaches can be associated with paroxymal vertigo, but your positional provocation raises questions of a spinal fluid leak, positional vertigo, or even blood pressure drop on standing. Do you have a medication reaction, or anemia, or low thyroid fnctn? This needs evaluation. See your doctor.
