Rash: If you are on immunosuppressants and have a spreading rash, you need to show it to your doctor to determine what it is.

Contact allergy: Appears to be a contact allergy. You should be worried only if it lasts for over a week and still spreading. A topical steroid cream may help but avoidance is the key. I don't understand why at 10 years of age you need all these medications and procedures.
