Dishydrosis: Your symptoms sound similar to a condition called dishydrotic eczema. This is characterized by small, clear, vesicular lesions that occur to the hands and feet. They can be intensely itchy (pruritic) and when they pop, can cause sores and scaling. See a dermatologist for evaluation.

Dyshidrosis: Dyshidrosis: also known as "acute vesiculobullous hand eczema, " "dyshidrotic eczema, " "pompholyx, " and "podopompholyx" is a skin condition known by its small clear blisters on the hands or feet--usually between the digits. It is an acute or recurrent dermatosis of the fingers, palms, and soles, characterized by a sudden onset of many itchy, clear vesicles. It may require an rx to rid it finally.
