Ecstacy part 1: Abuse of any illegal substance is a major health issue. Someone may abuse ecstacy for recreational reasons (most common). Or as self medication. Generally, self medication with stimulants usually occurs with longer acting ones like methamphetamine or cocaine. All of these illicit drugs are dangerous, with reasonably high mortality even after a single use. Often"e" users "stack" the pills.

Ecstacy part 2: "stacking" remarkably increases the risk of sudden cardiac death in e abusers. E abusers usually coadminister sedating drugs as counter balances to the e effect and to prolong the ability to use it. This is even more dangerous. Please have the ecstacy user seek medical help.
