Yes: We recommend 30 minutes a day five days a week for a minimum.

Exercise: 30 minutes 5 days a week is adequate. May want to add interval training to elevate heart rate and for variety. For whole body exercise you should add resistance training as runners tend to loss upper body mass and tend to have weak cores if all they do is run.
