Get it seen: A sarcoma here would not be unusual even at your age; they usually do not hurt, and especially the surface ones are usually operable for cure if you get them seen early. You might have a hernia, a benign lipoma or other tumor, or any of a number of other things, all worth diagnosing. Best wishes.

Asymmetry of the: Thigh may be simple variation, but an actual mass or grossly noticeable expansion should be seen by a doctor, measured, and possibly imaged to determine its extent. While rare, this is indeed how soft part sarcomas present.
