Very rare: Jejunal cancer is very rare, and is an odd diagnosis to be concerned about. Signs would be blockage of the intestines, resulting in nausea, vomiting, and a distended abdomen, along with inability to pass gas or stool. However, there are far more non-cancerous reasons for all these symptoms, such as hernias or internal scar tissue (adhesions).

Few unless late: Isolated jejunal cancer is very rare. Lymphomas will grow on the small bowel but on the outside aso they ay get to very large sizes without any signs or symptoms. True jejunal adenocarcinomas need to get large enough to either cause obstruction, bleeding, or in very rare cases perforation. Any persistant feeling of distention, bulging or bloating shoule be evaluated.
