Obstruction: Cancers of the jejunum are uncommon and depending on the type may cause obstruction leading to abdominal swelling, vomiting, pain etc. In case of lymphomas there may enlarged lymph nodes in the abdomen and elsewhere. Neuroendocrine tumors may produce flushing and cardiac defects i.e., carcinoid syndrome.
