Symptoms are:: Such things as nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, nose bleeds, headache, facial pain. If more advanced there can be facial swelling or invasion of nerves resulting in neuropathy with numbness or weakness in the face or muscles of the face. Some of these symptoms occur with sinusitis however and patients may go back and forth on antibiotics till doctors determine there is a mass inside.

The nose internally: Is very unusual site of cancer, however, the nasopharynx is quite common, especially in asia, and the maxillary sinuses (paranasal sinuses). The externally, the nose is common for basal and squamous skin cancers. Lesions that do not heal or bleed are early signs; pain swelling, numbness a rather late sign of deep invasion.
