Possibly none: You may not have any symptoms but there may be anything from fatigue, pain, or swelling.Usually on exam the physcian will find swollen lymph nodes or a tender liver or spleen. Laboratory exams help. But usually diagnosis is made by imaginging such as a ct scan and biospsies.
