Speak to the surgeon: Your problem may be or may not be related to surgery, most likely you formed adhesions to cause your problems , if it is will feel better soon , speak to your surgeon , after examination will order tests to find the cause and treat you.

Maybe unrelated: Did you have gallstones or dykinesia? Maybe your gallbladder was not the cause of your issues in the first place. See a GI specialist, get blood tests, maybe new ultrasound. Very rare to get bile duct stone after surgery. Maybe gastritis or stomach ulcer. Also check with your surgeon for their instructions. Be careful not to eat large meals or fatty foods that may cause pain.
