Why is it that everytime my daughter gets hot or she spends the day outside when it's hot her nose will start bleadding?

Dry nose: She probably has a dry nasal lining and picks her nose sometimes. Then the vessels in the nose get exposed and when she exerts herself those vessels get plumper and can bleed. Use a nasal saline gel like ayr gel 2x a day for a month then nightly as needed. This is usually worse in winter (with heating) or summer (with ac) as everything is drier then. Also make sure there isn't nosepicking.
