is having mitral valve prolapse with palpations dangerous?

No: Mitral valve prolapse with palpitations can be bothersome and cause anxiety but is generally not dangerous (unless the condition progresses to significant mitral valve regurgitation, which seldom happens). Both mitral valve prolapse and palpitations can be aggravated by magnesium deficiency. Taking magnesium as taurate or glycinate often helps. See http://drcarolyndean.Com/magnesium_miracle/.
