Bumpy Butt: "bumpy butt" is often caused by a problem called folliculitis. Of course without seeing it there is no way to tell you the real nature of this problem. Sometimes this is actually a problem which spreads and gets much more severe called hidradenitis suppurativa. This is a problem which requires sometimes long-term antibiotics.
