Distanded Abdomen: Most of the time it is gaseous distention. Breast fed babies can have more gas due to high lactose content. As long as baby is feeding /pooping/peeing well, there is no vomiting, jaundice or colicky pain, just watchful waiting. If you are not comfortable, just make another trip to your pediatrician's office, ask for a check.
