Only a guess at best: Based upon risk factors, we can only hazard a guess at best regarding someone's mortality or life expectancy. Certainly, heart disease increases risk for dying. However, optimal medical management can mitigate that risk. Lifestyle is one of the biggest factors under our control affecting mortality. It depends: It depends on the size of the heart attacks and how damage has been done to the heart muscle, also it depends on strong your family history for heart disease, and how well you take care of yourself. Stay positive and work on the risk factors that are modifiable like your diet, weight, exercise, smoking, and your cholesterol level.
