Unusual: If you are asking about OB ultrasounds before 10 weeks menstrual age, i would have to say that being a week off is more than i would expect for a properly done study. The differences in size and appearance at this stage changes almost by the day. Being a week off expected dates would suggest to me that the estimate of the conception date was off.
