For detecting liver pathology by CT or ultrasound, it will take years from normal to abnormality, not only 10 months. If CT and US were normal in November 2020 it is unlikely the findings of a cirrhotic liver are detected this month.

I agree with my colleagues it takes time for cirrhosis to develop, and the person ordering the tests should discuss the reasons. While imaging the liver is part of the work-out for things like, pain, abnormal liver enzymes, enlarged liver, etc, cirrhosis is usually a diagnosis made by examine tissue from a biopsy. This is especially true early on. Alcohol can do it. Be sure to share your concern
