There is no: Evidence for which I am aware, pointing 2 less risky positions. Most infection come from the rectum so try to shower first 2 reduce bacteria. Front 2 front is likely less risky. If persistent a low dose abx after intercourse can b used. Good luck.

Talk to you doctor.: Without more information, it is unclear if these recurrent utis are relapses or reinfections. Your doctor should determine if appropriate antibiotics were utilized. You may also need to have a discussion with your doctor regarding hygiene, bathing habits, sexual history, etc. There may be an anatomic abnormality that could be evaluated by a urologist. Good luck!

Hydration: One way to help reduce urinary infections, is to keep the bladder 'flushing'. You can do that by DRINKING water or other fluids. The body was designed to 'flush' out bacteria, so good to take advantage of that. Cranberry juice may help, since it contains mannose which is a sugar that binds to E. coli- the commonest cause of UTIs. If your infections are very frequent see a doctor for more help.

2 urine infections.: This is fairly common. Best prevention is to wipe your butt form front to back rather than back to front. Discuss with your Dr.
