Can pressure on your heart be caused by anxiety?

Yes: Anxiety can cause increased awareness of your heartbeat. If the anxiety is panic anxiety it can actually make you feel as if you are having a heart attack. It is a very common symptom in panic disorder. So much so, that the preface of a textbook about panic disorder started out with the case of a man in his 60s going to the emergency room at one of harvards hospitals. He was informed there that he was having a heart attack. His response was, thank god, i thought it was my panic disorder coming back on me.

Yes: Anxiety/panic attacks type of disorders can present with pressure type of chest pain mostly accompany with symptoms like rapid heart beating, nausea, near fainting, headaches, sweating, persisting and severe worry or fear in situations where normal people won't feel threatening, irritability, restlessness, trouble concentrating, trouble concentrating. Good to r/o other conditions too.
