What are the advantages and disadvantages of different treatments for dry air nasal irritation?

Dry air: Ttreatments involve moisturization like nasal saline spray. Another product, nasal saline gel may work better. Ponaris nasal emollient may help. Really no disadvantages other than possible bad taste or cost of meds. Also try humidifier. Avoid source of dry air if possible. Dont use a dehumidifier in home. Try to use less heat during winter.
