Been in pain and nausea for a week. the drs have run tons of tests snd scans but all is normal. and iv had thr same healthy diet forever i havecrohns'?

Lots upsets tummy: There are lots of reasons for nausea & abdominal pain but many are not due to the GI tract. Bowel problems often accompany GI disorders--whether functional or organic. If pain with meals consider peptic (acid), biliary, or pancreatic disease. If bleeding or tenderness is present, this suggests inflammation, ischemia, or infection. Exquisite tenderness is quite concerning. Any chance of ibs here?
