Simple answer, no: Regular exersice, such as running should not be a cause of nausea. If you are a regular runner and this is a new symptom, or if you are new to the sport , i would recommend that you stop what you are doing and see your doctor. Although atypical, nausea with exertion could be a sign of an underlying heart problem. Check it out, it may be nothing, but why take a risk?

Not normal: It is not normal to feel nausea while you are running. A common cause may be dehydration. Make sure you are not dehydrated before you run and if you are doing long mileage or running in high humidity or a hot day to hydrate during the run. If this nausea is a constant problem then i suggest a medical evaluation.
