Healthy Lifestyle: Technically there is no specific way to guarantee that you will not have problems with ocd, although it is unlikely to start once a person is well into adulthood. However, in general your emotional health will receive the best benefit by paying attention to your overall health in all areas of life (physical, emotional, social, spiritual). A healthy lifestyle is your best bet for emotional health.
