Not likely: Faverin and medications like it do not totally cure ocd or social anxiety. They help manage the symptoms, which may return after tapering off the drug.

Cured?: In mental health, cures are not common. The medication doesn't cure anything and the therapy helps people manage their symptoms more effectively.
