Uterus: Her uterus has gotten bigger and as it's grown it continues to push up on her stomach. In addition, the hormones of pregnancy have slowed the rate food is processed. So food sits longer in her stomach and moves through intestines longer. All of this leads to sour stomach. Best is small frequent meals. Prop up some pillows to sleep against to avoid laying flat. Drink lots of fluid. Best!
