Tiemonium Methylsulfate is an antispasmodic agent which is not available in the US. In the US, most antispasmodic agents are not contraindicated in pregnancy. Please note that if this pregnant lady has pelvic cramp, she needs to see her OB doctor, not taking medication blindly. In general, pregnant people should consult their OB doctors for appropriate counseling in medication use. Good luck.
