Possible: Not knowing what type of tumor she had to start with makes it very difficult to state whether it could be a recurrence. Some types of tumors, for instance the tumors associated with tuberous sclerosis, frequently recur and/or new ones appear. This is a question best asked to the doctors who dealt with her last year. Also, unusual bruising always requires at least a minor investigation.
