Not a concern: There is no perfect symmetry in the human body. All of our organs differ from each other. If the difference is not drastic, take it as normal. If there is drastic difference as a result of a disease or injury or inborn pathology, seek help from a local doc.

Or is right smaller: This is not uncommon and doesn't mean anything is wrong. If you're young, just wait. If you are done growing, a surgeon can do an implant (maybe 2) to even things up.
